I have used this software lots of times before.
iMovie saves your project automatically
It's very easy to use

Does not have as much special effects final cut

I do not have this software at home.
I have not use final cut as much as iMovie
Final cut does not save automatically
It is more complicated than iMovie

From looking at the good and bad points of both editing software, I have decided to use iMovie.

• I know how to use Youtube
• My trailer will be able to reach a mass audience 
• Youtube is the largest video sharing website 

Bad points

• As Youtube is so popular users might not find my trailer 
• Adverts 

Vimeo 
Good points

• Vimeo is used by professionals
• Fewer adverts 

Bad Points

• I don't have a Vimeo account 
• I have ever used Vimeo before 
• It is don't as well known as Youtube
